繼承高凌風遺產　6子女恐負債103萬

高凌風上月病逝，但遺產風波至今仍未平息，金友莊律師昨表示，懷疑高助理趙淑珍另有藏錢，要求她交出高生前記帳的2本筆記本。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，金友莊律師呂秋遠昨昨表示將登報尋找高其他債權人，並釐清高專輯著作權收入。高凌風台灣遺產含音樂會盈餘、奠儀、存款和靜岡房產約3597萬，但高凌風生前欠金友莊3700萬元，6子女恐還負債103萬，律師說：「賠償金部分已看過合約書，不一定拿得到，可能得透過訴訟，但到時法官會有意見，因為留下來的遺產不夠，可能會建議把金額降低。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
