徐若瑄昨過39歲生日，剛在上月5日與新加坡馬可波羅海業集團主席李雲峰登記結婚的她，升格人妻後首度開心慶生，身邊陪伴的不只有老公，還有老公與前妻所生的2名繼女，當現成小媽的她，顯然與女兒們相處愉快，2位千金笑容甜美地為她捧蛋糕,，3女如同姊妹花，一家四口的溫馨天倫照今首度曝光，網友都祝福女神可以一直幸福下去。
